"The box showed up badly…"
The box showed up badly smashed, which made me nervous right away. I was worried I was going to get stuck dealing with it or end up being fooled into waiting forever for a refund. They did refund me in the end, but it took longer than I think it should have

"Right on Time, Surprisingly"
I’ll be honest, I usually stick with my go-to brand and wasn’t totally sure about ordering from somewhere else. But the delivery showed up exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. Kind of makes it harder to stay loyal to my usual choice.

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered from Footasylum and really didn’t expect it to come so fast. I got the dispatch email the same day, then the parcel showed up the next day, packed nicely with no hassle at all. Really happy with how quick it was and I’d definitely use them again

"Good streetwear selection"
I’ve had a good experience with footasylum overall. They’ve got a decent mix of trainers and clothing, especially if you’re into streetwear. I actually found a few styles on there that I hadn’t seen in other shops, which was a nice surprise. A friend recommended checking them out, and I can see why. The website was easy enough to use, though some sizes seemed to sell out quite quickly, and a couple of the product photos could’ve been clearer. Still, the selection is solid and I’d definitely shop with them again

"Shipping seemed fair"
I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered from Footasylum, so I didn’t spend ages checking every detail, but the delivery cost looked reasonable enough. It wasn’t overpriced like some other sites, and I pretty much paid what I expected. The order arrived fine too, so overall I was happy with it.

"Missing item was fixed, but slower than I'd hoped"
My order arrived quickly, which was good, but one item was missing. I had to contact customer service and send over a few details before anything moved forward. To be fair, they did refund me in the end, but compared to other places where this kind of thing gets sorted almost straight away, it felt a bit slow and frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been

I ordered from footasylum and, from what I remember, the whole delivery was really straightforward. The courier kept me updated along the way and the parcel turned up when they said it would. The driver left it in a safe place and everything was in good condition when I got it. No chasing around, no missed delivery note drama, just a simple, stress-free delivery. Happy with it.

"Legit Nike trainers, no issues"
Grabbed a pair of Nike trainers from Footasylum and they turned up exactly how I expected. Box, tags, labels, everything checked out and nothing seemed off at all. I was a little cautious because I’ve been burned with fakes from other sites before, but these are definitely legit. Delivery was smooth enough too. I’d happily order from them again.

"Decent for sales, but I don’t feel very valued"
I shop at Footasylum now and then when I spot trainers or hoodies I like, but the prices are a bit hit and miss. Some of the sale stuff is actually decent and cheaper than elsewhere, but the full price items can feel steep. I usually end up checking JD or going direct to the brand before I buy. Delivery was fine for me and I didn’t have any real issues there, but the whole experience can feel a bit impersonal, like you’re just another order number in the system. I just wish they were more competitive on price more often.

"Pretty decent for what it costs"
I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, and I still wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but for the price, it does the job. I’ve used better, but I’ve also paid a lot more for them, so I can’t really complain. Overall, it’s worth it if you’re not expecting anything fancy.

"Refund came through, just a bit slow"
I ended up sending my shoes back, and the refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do think they could be better about giving updates along the way. Overall, I’d say it was okay, just not as smooth or quick as I’d hoped.

Return postage was made clear before I sent it back, so there wasn’t any annoying surprise later on. I paid it, posted the parcel off and the refund came through with no hassle. Easy really, I’d order from Footasylum again

I ordered some trainers and a hoodie from Footasylum, and the experience was okay overall. The trainers fit pretty much as expected, so no complaints there, but the hoodie was definitely smaller than I thought it would be even though I went with my usual size.
It’s not the end of the world, but it did make me question the consistency a bit, especially with sizing and maybe the overall quality control. Delivery was fine, I just wish the product info was a bit more reliable before ordering.
